2022 year in review: growth, expansion, and recognition

While the end of the year is often spent planning for next year’s resolutions, we’d like to take a moment to recount our highlights of 2022 and celebrate how far ScaleHub has come.

This was our year of growth, expansion and recognition. Read on to see how we’ve made 2022 another for the books whether it was through expanding our global reach or gaining new partnerships. Warning: *humble brags* coming your way.

1. ​​Expanding to Japan

Another year, another expansion. We couldn’t be more excited about expanding our reach into Japan, where customers are known to demand high-accuracy data from their existing data capture providers.

ScaleHub is uniquely positioned to fill that gap in the Japanese market. We’re proud to say that we’re fit for a country’s standards that demand data capture excellence.

2. Growing our team

ScaleHub not only expanded its global reach but also its family. We couldn’t advance in the ways we have this year without our team players.

And boy did our team grow in 2022: from our new Global Marketing Director, Jacquelyn McMullen to our two VPs of Partnerships & Sales, Susanne Richter-Wills for EMEA and Peter Mueller for the US, to our Senior Customer Success Manager, Claus Meggers, to our newly formed sales team in the US: Dave Bennett, Director of Strategic Accounts, and Mark Uranza in pre-sales – to name just a few.

Not to mention our expansion into Japan, for which we also needed a first-class team that could support our new partnerships: Country Manager, Yutaka Awakura; Sales Director, Katsuyasu Fukuda; and Operations & Administration Manager, Kiyomi Tsuchida; a.k.a., Team Japan.

3. Boosting our BPO crowd community

Scalehub is proud to announce that we’ve extended our BPO community with an internationally recognized expert in digital solutions, a Phillippines-based female empowerment digital community, and a highly certified team that marries well with ScaleHub’s views on security, among others.

4. Awards and recognition

We might need to clear off another metaphorical award shelf with our 2022 wins. Here’s how ScaleHub was recognized this year:

FOCUS Growth Champion for the third consecutive year. This recognition is awarded to the 500 fastest-growing companies in Germany. In our third year getting this award, we ranked 107. Within our category—IT, Internet, Software, and Services—ScaleHub ranked 12.

Deep Analysis’s Innovation Index Award Winner for the second year in a row: We joined Microsoft as the only two companies to be awarded this honor a second time.

And last but not least, we are proud to have been included as one of Germany’s “Innovation Champions 2023” by FOCUS-Business, for which we scored the highest “excellent” rating for products and services as well as processes.

5. New client wins

We’ve been able to prove our effectiveness time and time again—and this year it paid off. With our work speaking for us, we were able to acquire new clients in Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Germany, USA and Australia.

Onwards and upwards

If we had to summarize our year in one word it would simply be: growth. Our thanks goes out to our customers, our BPO crowd, and our amazing ScaleHub team that delivers quality work every year.
