While on site, quickly record video of your client’s binders, file folders or boxes—even while still on the shelves—using ScaleHub’s mobile capture app on your phone or tablet.
Once you’ve scanned the barcodes on the records and their designated boxes with a mobile barcode reader, you’re all set to move the records to your storage facility.
Meanwhile, the ScaleHub solution automatically creates still images from the recorded video and classifies those images by single binder back, file folder and box. From those images, the solution automatically identifies and extracts required information, then randomizes the information into non-contextual snippets before sending to the crowd for keying and verification via secure web browser.
