Your are a person insatiably curious about all things marketing and have successfully demonstrated your marketing skills, ideally in the data capture, intelligent automation, RPA, BPM, and/or BPA enterprise software market? As part of our marketing team, you will make a substantial contribution to lead generation, content creation and building brand awareness, unlocking new market segments for ScaleHub.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting our Director Marketing and our CRO – you will develop, plan, budget and manage targeted marketing programs and communications to build awareness, generate new business leads and/or progress prospects through the funnel
  • See marketing activities through from start to finish (from development of idea, creation of content, managing external and internal stakeholders, testing, analyzing results)
  • Drive and manage our corporate blog and social channels
  • Initiate, manage and coordinate content development that aligns with our messaging and positioning across the funnel and key personas. Among others this will include video creation, sales decks, case studies, success stories, white papers, reports, blog posts, social content and more
  • Manage, update, and create website content
  • Plan, coordinate and manage events – be it virtual or in-person
  • Brief and manage external stakeholders and suppliers (agencies, copywriters, designers, partner marketing contacts, analysts, and more)
  • Help shape and define our digital marketing and CRM strategy

Your profile:

  • BA or BS in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years marketing experience, preferably in Enterprise Software or SaaS B2B markets
  • Experience within the BPO- and Shared Service Center for Banks & Insurances markets a plus
  • Hands-on self-starter, keen on shaping marketing strategy, tactics and processes in a start-up environment
  • Excellent time management skills (project management and multi-tasking skills)

ScaleHub USA is a region that requires a Senior Account Executive. The position requires selling products and services that include ScaleHub’s CrowdSourcing and Mailroom Crowdportal and Professional Services to assigned and new customers and prospects. The Senior Account Executive serves as the primary ScaleHub USA point of contact for his/her contacts and is expected to provide an exceptional customer experience while driving to meet defined revenue objectives. The person filling this position is expected to qualify, track, and follow up on leads generated by the ScaleHub marketing organization and his own network, and is responsible for the coordination of the entire sales process. This includes but is not limited to communications with the customer and communications within ScaleHub or/and with external partners.

Your responsibilities:

  • Selling ScaleHub Managed Service products and services to meet the assigned monthly revenue quota. Geographic coverage is primarily USA but may include some activity in Canada, Mexico, and Central America
  • Source and develop new and expanded sales prospects, negotiate sales agreements, and close sales opportunities
  • Provide overall sales and account management support for any new or existing customers as assigned
  • Develop and maintain a communications strategy for assigned and closed customers. Strategy may include some combination of phone calls, emails, onsite visits, or marketing type contacts on a defined and regular basis
  • Create and update Accounts, Opportunities and Orders within ScaleHub’s Customer and Partner Relationship Management system (CRM). Maintain and update assigned leads, accounts and opportunities in ZoHo and ensure the information in ZoHo is completely up to date
  • Work with Inside Sales or ScaleHub’s external Marketing agency (Lead qualification included) to qualify opportunities and identify the decision maker, the business need, available budget and the expected timeline
  • Actively participate in product training sessions, meetings, team and skills building activities and professional development classes. Work with the ScaleHub Presales to coordinate product demonstrations and to prospects and customers – but never leave the Sales responsibility to somebody else
  • Take direction and collaborate with the VP of Sales AMERICAS and the Chief Revenue Officer to determine essential monthly and yearly sales objectives and responsibilities
  • Prepare for and provide data and information as needed to attend sales team meetings that focus on revenue performance, forecasts, and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Hire, onboard and develop Junior Business Development Manager as an incremental part in our revenue delivery strategy

You have already successfully demonstrated your pre-sales, conceptual and consulting skills, ideally in the Data Capture / Intelligent Automation / RPA / BPM / BPA Enterprise Software market and are looking for a new challenge in this area. As a Pre-sales Consultant you will make a substantial contribution to the acquisition of new customers, unlock new market segments/verticals for ScaleHub in cooperation with the growing Sales team. You will also analyze the requirements of potential customers, develop solutions, make commercial assessments, and prepare demonstrations and presentations based on our range of products and services. If you have process understanding of a BPO operation or of a Shared Service Center for Banks or Insurances, it will ease the time to become productive.

You are willing to become the most trusted person in the Sales process for our customers!

Your responsibilities:

  • Conception and creation of solution descriptions, offers, calculations, questionnaires, RFI & RFP documents, and relevant customer & prospect presentations (including the analysis of customer requirements)
  • Preparation of technical demos
