ScaleHub is growing once again, and this time we’re extending our team’s reach in America!
We’re thrilled to welcome Peter Mueller as ScaleHub’s new Vice President Sales–Americas.
Peter’s primary focus will be on business expansion in the US and Canada. Then he’ll move on to developing opportunities in Central and Latin America. He’ll continue to build our existing US business focus on BPOs, service bureaus, and shared service centers for insurance companies and banks. He’ll also onboard new account executives and pre-sales consultants to assist in these endeavors.
Peter’s career has stretched out over various industries, from government to manufacturing, and even the film industry, coming to us from NICE’s advanced process automation solutions group.
Peter’s wealth of experience in the digital transformation space saw him previously focused on financial process automation, OCR/Capture, ECM, process intelligence, and E2E business transformation for large global enterprise accounts and BPOs, through his work with ABBYY, Kofax, Lexmark, and ReadSoft.

Born in Iowa, Peter lived across the country while growing up. After four years in the US Army, with tours in Germany and South Korea, he graduated from the University of Maryland, completing a dual degree in International Business and German. Following university, he worked for the US Department of Commerce, lived abroad in Prague for two years, and earned an MBA from Louisiana State University.
Peter resides in New Orleans with his wife, Alexis, and son, Roman. They host a menagerie of pets, including a dog, cat, small parrot, fish, and an urban flock of chickens. Having found a true home in New Orleans, Peter enjoys the great food, music, and festivals the city has to offer.
Peter is both an avid runner and traveler, with twelve half marathons under his belt, and a long list of countries visited.
