We are excited to announce that ScaleHub will exhibit at the Outsourcing World Summit 2021 (OWS21), hosted by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP). The event goes from 16 February through to 19 February, 2021, and is sure to be a learning experience for all involved.
In becoming an IAOP member last year, we joined a growing community of business process outsourcers (BPOs), global business services (GBS) and large enterprises. OWS21 is a vital networking opportunity, and with a keynote address around the role of innovative business solutions in times of crises and opportunity, the February event promises to be enlightening and relevant.
Like most in-person events, OWS21 has transitioned to the online sphere in order to keep attendees safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. While some may lament the loss of in-person networking opportunities, the fact is it’s never been easier for you to attend OWS. There’s no travel necessary, no lodging to search for, no travel expenses at all, and IAOP has reduced their registration rates this year. Instead, you’ll log in to the event through a dynamic and interactive virtual conferencing platform and be able to experience all the OWS21 content, safely from your home office. They’ve changed the format up, too. Those of you used to these conferences being all-day events don’t have to worry about being stuck in a chair for the Summit’s duration. Instead, this year’s program will be spread out over four days for five hours each day.
Make sure to “stop by” our exhibitor’s booth, where we’ll demonstrate how our AI and crowdsourcing solution is a perfect fit for today’s decentralized business environment. Too many companies leverage only a single location for global business services delivery—another IAOP member, The Everest Group, puts the number at greater than 70 %. These companies have had the most adjustment to a business landscape that’s been heavily altered by the pandemic. Our demo at OWS21 will show you how our customers have not only escaped any negative impact, but have also cut costs and scaled their operations.
