The glitz and glamour of the Oscars might have come to an end, but the ScaleHub team is still in the mood for celebrations. Why? We have been recognized as an “Employer of the Future” by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitization (DIND) and made it onto the Financial Times’ list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, the FT1000, for the second time since 2021.
And the Employer of the Future trophy goes to… ScaleHub!
For a start, we’re thrilled to have been presented with the “Employer of the Future” award. The awards ceremony took place on March 14 in Hamburg, Germany. The DIND (Deutsches Innovationsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung, translated as the “German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitization”) recognizes organizational aspects that make a company attractive to employees, job seekers and those that are important for its future viability.

Olaf Malchow, ScaleHub CEO, accepted the award on behalf of the company from Brigitte Zypries, former German Federal Minister of Economics. He said, “we’re proud of our diverse global team, which includes people from different backgrounds and cultures, and we’re committed to inclusivity, transparency, and respect. And we can be proud of this award. At the same time, however, it spurs us to continue our efforts to be a good employer for our team in the future.”
Nominee for fastest business growth: ScaleHub
In another exciting recognition, ScaleHub was named in the Financial Times’ list of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, also known as the “FT1000”. This is like winning an Oscar for top business growth. It is fantastic to see more and more organizations take advantage of our document- and data-processing expertise to scale their operations. We have helped them to grow, too. Our customers profit from faster, more accurate, and secure document processing, thus reaping the benefits of our unique collaborative intelligence solutions.
This is the second time we’ve made the #FT1000 list since 2021, and we’re confident that we’ll make it there again in 2024 as we continue to grow. We moved up 137 positions from our debut ranking in 2021. In two short years we are now in the upper half of the list, in position 432 overall, and are in the top 100 (#88 out of 177 companies) in the IT & Software segment.
