You have already successfully demonstrated your pre-sales, conceptual and consulting skills, ideally in the Data Capture / Intelligent Automation / RPA / BPM / BPA Enterprise Software market and are looking for a new challenge in this area. 職務目的:APAC地域のマネージドサービスポータルとカスタマーソリューションを監視・管理するプロダクション アドミニストレーターはマネージドサービスのワークロードの可用性、パフォーマンス、スループット、ターンアラウンドタイム、品質など、顧客が合意したSLA(サービスレベル)を監督することです。24時間365日体制でサービスを提供する世界各地のプロフェッショナルチームの一員となります。

職務内容 :

  • APAC地域のマネージドサービスポータルとカスタマーソリューションを監視・管理する
  • 顧客の成功基準、SLA契約、生産プロセスの理解 技術的なデモの準備
  • マネージドサービスポータルにおけるお客様の生産プロセスの監視、管理、最適化の責任を負うこと
  • マネージドサービスポータルを利用するお客様の障害を未然に防ぎ、解消すること マーケティングチームの技術説明のサポート、オンサイトイベントやバーチャルイベントへの参加
  • マネージドサービスの永続的な可用性を保証するために、テスト結果に基づいたデプロイメントの決定
  • リソースの詰め込み、日々のボリューム予測、作業品質、スループット、パフォーマンスに関するフィードバックセッションに関して、パブリッククラウドワーカーやプライベートクラウドBPOを制御、管理する
  •  技術的な問題、システム、セキュリティ、および生産上の問題を迅速に記録し、必要に応じてエスカレーションを行います
  • お客様の問題を調査し、R&Dチームと連携して解決する
  • 顧客の問題を調査し、必要に応じて当社の研究開発チームと密接に協力して解決する
  • マネージドサービスの使用方法、会社のSLA、マネージドサービスプラットフォームのパフォーマンス、パブリック&プライベートクラウドワーカーの行動を積極的に特定し、評価する。
  • パフォーマンス、SLA、収益性を最適化するためのソリューション改善のための変更要求の特定
  • 専門家として、ドキュメント駆動型生産プロセス、ITワークフローまたはキャプチャソリューションの管理に関する実務知識を維持すること

職務経験:

  • IT管理、プロフェッショナルサービス、生産管理、デリバリー管理、テクニカルサポート、トレーニング、またはその他の顧客向け技術的役割の経験5年以上
  • <銀行や保険会社向けのBPOやシェアードサービスセンターの経験があれば尚可>

スキル・知識:

  • データキャプチャ、インテリジェントオートメーション、RPA、BPM、BPAエンタープライズソフトウェア市場において、オペレーションに関するスキル 。
  • SaaSプラットフォーム / OCR & ICR / Document/Content Intelligence / Enterprise Automation
  • ソリューション重視のエンゲージメントアプローチとメソッドを理解していること
  • 日本語と英語による卓越した口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力
  • 優れた顧客対応と対人能力
  • 曖昧さを克服し、他のチームメンバーと協働できる分析力、問題解決力
